摘　　要：目的:研究血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang II)受体拮抗剂氯沙坦对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的影响。方法:33只新西兰健康白兔被随机均分为常规喂养组(行假手术并接受常规饮食)、高脂喂养组(行髂动脉球囊内膜剥脱术并接受高脂饮食)及氯沙坦组(在高脂喂养组基础上加用氯沙坦)。喂养12周后,观察比较各组血清CRP、IL-6水平、内膜/中膜厚度比值及CRP表达情况。结果:喂养12周后,与常规喂养组比较,高脂喂养组和氯沙坦组血清CRP[(2.87±0.34)μg/ml比(4.66±0.38)μg/ml比(3.34±0.39)μg/ml]、IL-6水平[(21.61±8.59)pg/ml比(97.41±18.42)pg/ml比(58.56±13.07)pg/ml]、内膜/中膜厚度比值[(0.21±0.08)比(1.86±0.56)比(1.10±0.49)]、CRP阳性面积[(0.02±0.01)比(139.09±33.72)比(70.02±14.99)]均显著升高,且氯沙坦组上述指标显著低于高脂喂养组,P均<0.01。结论:AngⅡ受体拮抗剂氯沙坦可显著抑制炎症反应,具抗动脉粥样硬化作用。Objective:To study influence of angiotensinⅡ(Ang II)receptor antagonist losartan on atherosclerosis(AS).Methods:A total of 33 New Zealand healthy rabbits were randomly and equally divided into routine feeding group(received sham operation and routine diet),high-fat feeding group(received iliac artery balloon endarterectomy and high-fat diet)and losartan group(received losartan based on high-fat feeding group).After 12-week feeding,serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin(IL)-6,intima/media thickness ratio(I/M)and CRP expression were compared among all groups.Results:After 12-week feeding,compared with routine feeding group,there were significant rise in serum levels of CRP[(2.87±0.34)μg/ml vs.(4.66±0.38)μg/ml vs.(3.34±0.39)μg/ml]and IL-6[(21.61±8.59)pg/ml vs.(97.41±18.42)pg/ml vs.(58.56±13.07)pg/ml],I/M[(0.21±0.08)vs.(1.86±0.56)vs.(1.10±0.49)],CRP positive area[(0.02±0.01)vs.(139.09±33.72)vs.(70.02±14.99)]in high-fat feeding group and losartan group,and above indexes of losartan group were significantly lower than those of high-fat feeding group,P<0.01 all.Conclusion:AngⅡreceptor antagonist losartan can significantly inhibit inflammatory response and possess effect against atherosclerosis.
