尿不湿联合腹带在失代偿期肝硬化患者留置腹腔引流管护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨尿不湿联合腹带在失代偿期肝硬化患者留置腹腔引流管护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—12月于都县人民医院收治的60例失代偿期肝硬化腹水留置腹腔引流管患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组行常规腹腔引流管护理,观察组加用尿不湿联合腹带干预,2组均干预至出院。比较2组置管并发症情况、舒适度、满意度及住院时间。结果观察组皮疹皮炎、穿刺口感染及意外脱管发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度、满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿不湿联合腹带干预可提升失代偿期肝硬化腹水留置腹腔引流管患者舒适度,降低置管并发症风险,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of diapers combined with abdominal band in the nursing of patients with cirrhosis with indwelling abdominal drainage tube.Methods 60 cases of cirrhosis patients with ascites with indwenting abdominal drainage tube who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine drainage tube nursing intervention,and the observation group was added with diapers combined with abdominal band intervention,and both groups were intervened until discharged.The complications of catheterization,comfort,satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of rash,dermatitis,puncture site infection and accidental catheter release in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of comfort and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diapers combined with abdominal band intervention can improve the comfort of patients with cirrhosis with indwering abdominal drainage tube,reduce the risk of catheter complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.
