全程护理对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗合并肝功能损害的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗合并肝功能损害的影响。方法选取2016年10月—2020年12月到吉安市中心人民医院就诊的62例艾滋病合并肝功能损害患者,以随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各31例。对照组采用常规护理和健康教育,观察组在其基础上辅以全程综合护理干预,观察2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者对于AIDS相关知识掌握率达到96.77%,对照组只有61.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的家庭支持、定期复查、稳定作息、情绪稳定、按时服药的遵医行为比例均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组AST、ALT、m-AST均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),而TBA、ALP、GGT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全程护理模式能有效提高患者对AIDS的认知程度,加强遵医行为,改善肝功能,更有利于病情控制,从而提升患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of whole course nursing intervention on AIDS patients with antiviral therapy combined with liver function damage.Methods 62 cases of AIDS patients with liver function damage in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=31).The control group was supplemented with routine mode of nursing and health education,and the observation group was supplemented with the whole process comprehensive intervention mode of nursing on the basis of it.The nursing effects of the two groups was observed.Results The mastering rate of AIDS related knowledge in the observation group was 96.77%,while that in the control group was only 61.29%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family support,regular review,stable work and rest,emotional stability and medication compliance behavior of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the AST,ALT and m-AST in the observation group had statistical differences(P<0.05),but the TBA,ALP and GGT had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The whole course nursing mode can effectively improve the patients'cognition of AIDS,strengthen the compliance behavior of patients,improve the liver function of patients,and is more conducive to the control of AIDS,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
