摘　　要：目的探讨骨科透视体位架在下肢骨折手术透视中的应用价值。方法按随机数字表法将2018年6月—2020年6月在兴国县人民医院骨科行下肢骨折手术治疗的40例患者分为2组,各20例。对照组手术时用助手扶腿固定肢体,在此基础上观察组采用自制骨科透视体位架固定肢体。比较2组手术相关指标、患者满意度、并发症。结果观察组手术用时、X线曝光时间、术后骨折愈合时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组低,患者满意度高于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论下肢骨折手术透视中使用骨科透视体位架能够缩短手术用时,缩短X线曝光时间,减小手术创伤,缩短骨折愈合时间,且患者满意度较高。Objective To explore the application value of orthopedic fluoroscopy posture frame in lower extremity fracture surgery.Methods According to the random number table method,40 patients planned to undergo surgical treatment of lower limb fractures in the orthopedics department of Xingguo County People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.In the control group,the assistant held the leg to fix the limb during the operation.On this basis,the observation group used a self-made orthopedic fluoroscopic posture frame to fix the limbs.The operation-related indicators,patient satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,X-ray exposure time,and postoperative fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group.The patient satisfaction level was higher than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of orthopedic fluoroscopy posture in lower extremity fracture surgery can shorten the operation time,shorten the X-ray exposure time,reduce the surgical trauma,shorten the fracture healing time,and improve patient satisfaction.
