摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对术中使用电动气压止血带减少压力性损伤的效果。方法选择抚州市东乡区人民医院2020年3月—8月在手术中使用电动气压止血带的30例四肢骨折患者纳入对照组,2020年9月—2021年2月在手术中使用电动气压止血带的30例四肢骨折患者纳入观察组。对照组患者接受常规护理;观察组通过调查2020年使用电动气压止血带发生压力性损伤的情况,分析发生的原因、特点、影响因素等,拟定针对性护理干预措施。比较2组患者医疗器械相关性压力性损伤(水疱/破溃)发生率及护理满意度情况。结果观察组水疱/破溃发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论实施针对性护理能够降低电动气压止血带所致压力性损伤发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on reducing pressure injury by using electric pneumatic tourniquet during operation.Methods From March 2020 to August 2020,30 patients with limb fracture who used electric pneumatic tourniquet in operation were selected as the control group.30 cases of limb fracture patients who used electric pneumatic tourniquet in operation in our hospital from September 2020-February 2021 were included in the observation group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received targeted nursing intervention by investigating the situation of pressure injury caused by the use of electric pneumatic tourniquet in 2020,analyzing the causes,characteristics and influencing factors.The incidence of medical device related stress injury(blister/ulceration)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of blister/ulceration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing can reduce the incidence of pressure injury caused by electric pneumatic tourniquet and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
