摘  要:提出了一种污酸深度除铜、砷的高效硫化工艺,并分别从高效硫化试验、制取石膏渣、石膏渣滤液后处理等方面进行了全流程配套半工业化试验研究。试验结果表明:高效硫化除铜、砷效率高,铜、砷离子质量浓度低于0.1 mg/L,且消除了H2S气体的危害因素,可回收废水中的有价金属,所产石膏渣经毒性鉴定为一般固废,无中和渣产出,滤液经有价金属回收处理后满足排放标准。新型高效硫化工艺较传统工艺,具有流程短、硫化药剂用量少、重金属离子回收率高、生产环境好、无危险固废产生等特点。An efficient sulphurization process for deep removal of copper and arsenic from waste acid is proposed,and the whole process matching semi industrial test research is carried out from the aspects of high-efficiency vulcanization test,preparation of gypsum slag and post-treatment of gypsum slag filtrate.The results show that the removal efficiency of copper and arsenic are high,copper and arsenic ions concentration are less than 0.1mg/L,the gypsum residue is identified as general solid waste by toxicity,and the filtrate can meet the discharge standard after valuable metal recovery.Compared with the traditional process,the new high-efficiency vulcanization process has advantages of short process,less dosage of vulcanizing agent,high recovery rate of heavy metal ions,good production environment and no hazardous solid waste.
