锌冶炼沸腾焙烧炉开炉烟气的治理实践

摘　　要：介绍了某锌冶炼沸腾焙烧炉开炉烟气的特点,为解决开炉烟气污染问题,采用灵活高效的烟气处理系统,并且首次尝试了可移动式的洗涤设备。开炉烟气处理系统投运后,升温阶段的黑烟经过洗涤净化后表观上无黑色烟气,投料阶段的烟气经过洗涤后ρ(SO_(2))平均降至142 mg/m^(3),系统平均脱硫效率约99.8%。The characteristics of flue gas from a fluidized bed roaster for zinc smelting are introduced.The flexible and efficient flue gas treatment system is adopted to effectively solve the problem of flue gas pollution in furnace opening,and the movable washing equipment is tried for the first time.After the startup flue gas treatment system is put into operation,there is no black flue gas after washing and purification of the black flue gas in the heating stage,and the flue gas in the feeding stage is washedρ(SO_(2))is reduced to 142 mg/m^(3) on average,and the average desulfurization efficiency of the system is about 99.8%.
