摘  要:介绍了铼金属回收系统存在的问题、常规固液分离方法的优缺点及强制循环错流过滤工艺。针对粗高铼酸铵溶液的特点,金堆城钼业股份有限公司开发了一种强制循环错流过滤工艺,控制溶液加热温度85℃、过滤压力不低于0.3 MPa,选择过滤精度10 nm二氧化钛载体过滤膜。过滤后清液杂质含量较原来明显减少,一次冷冻结晶高铼酸铵质量分数达到96.3%以上,经济效益明显提高。The existing problems of rhenium metal recovery system,the advantages,disadvantages of conventional solid-liquid separation methods and a forced arculation cross flow filtration process are introduced.According to the characteristics of crude ammonium rhenate solution,Jinduicheng Molybdenum Industry Co.,Ltd.has developed a forced circulation cross flow filtration process,which controls the solution heating temperature at 85℃and the filtration pressure at no less than 0.3 MPa,and selects the titanium dioxide carrier filter membrane with filtration accuracy of 10 nm.After filtration,the impurity content of the clear liquid is significantly reduced compared with the original.The mass fraction of ammonium rhenate crystallized by one-time freezing is more than 96.3%,and the economic benefit is significantly improved.
