摘　　要：为提高地方高校学报出版质量,研究从刊物内容质量、编辑质量、印刷装帧质量的角度逐层分析,发现:刊物内容质量上办刊特色不明显、栏目设置陈旧;编校人员配备、能力素养不足,使编校质量受限,编辑经济社会地位相对较低,使部分员工责任心不强,易引发质量风险;学报编辑单位规模较小,印刷装帧环节外包,易降低出版速度,延误发刊时间。为此提出了守正创新,转变编辑角色,提高学者参与和读者关注,扩大规模、争取校方地方支持的方法与策略,以期为提高地方高校学报质量出谋划策。In order to improve the publishing quality of local university journals,this paper analyzes the quality of contents,editing,printing and binding layer by layer.The findings are as follows:the characteristics of the journals are not obvious in the quality of its contents,and the columns are outdated;the quality of editing is limited by the insufficiency of editing personnel and ability attainment.Besides,editors are relatively low in economic income and social status,and lack of sense of responsibility easily leads to quality risks.The small scale of the editorial department of the journal and the outsourcing of the typesetting,printing and binding link is easy to reduce the speed of publication and delay the publication time.In order to improve the quality of local university journals,this paper puts forward the methods and strategies of keeping the integrity and innovation,changing the role of editors,improving scholars′participation and readers'attention,expanding the scale and winning local support.
