摘　　要：分析了充填技术发展趋势、膏体充填工艺及关键技术,外加剂与水泥、尾矿中泥质、岩石组分、难免离子等作用机理和适应性研究现状;列举了外加剂在冶金矿渣、高硫、磷、含泥尾矿中的应用,并对外加剂在尾矿膏体充填中应用现状及发展方向进行评析。The development trend of filling technology,the process and key technology application of paste filling,and the research status of mechanism and adaptability among the admixture,cement,slime in tailings,rock composition,and unavoidable ion and etc were analyzed.The application of admixtures in metallurgical slag,high sulfur,high phosphorus,high clay tailings paste filling were listed.The application status and direction of technology development were evaluated.
