摘  要:用低共熔溶剂(DES)改性白炭黑制备了NR复合材料,研究了不同DES用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,DES改性白炭黑填充的NR复合材料的正硫化时间(t_(90))缩短,硫化速度提高,白炭黑在NR基体中分散均匀,填料-橡胶间相互作用提高。当DES用量为3份时,复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨耗性能最佳。Deep eutectic solvent(DES)was used to modify silica and natural rubber composites were prepared.The effects of different DES content on the properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the curing time of natural rubber composites filled with DES modified silica was shortened,the curing speed was increased,the silica was evenly dispersed in the natural rubber matrix,and the filler-rubber interaction was improved.When the content of DES was 3 phr,the tensile strength,tear strength and wear resistance of the composite were the best.
