胎面胶粉/RNR/NR/BR/SBR轮胎垫带材料性能的研究

摘　　要：在胎面再生胶(RNR)/天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基体的载重轮胎垫带材料中加入60目胎面胶粉,考察了不同用量胶粉对RNR/NR/BR/SBR并用胶硫化特性、门尼粘度、力学性能、动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,当加入10份胶粉时,硫化胶的综合性能最好,拉伸强度13.5MPa,拉断伸长率493%,拉断永久变形32%,Shore A硬度63,达到并优于行业标准HG/T 4625-2014的规定。60 mesh tread powder was added into the tread recycled rubber(RNR)/natural rubber(NR)/butadiene butadiene rubber(BR)/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)flap compound of truck tire,and the effects of different dosage on the curing property,Mooney viscosity,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the flap compound of truck tire were investigated.The results showed that when 10 phr GTR was added,the comprehensive properties of vulcanized rubber were the best,the tensile strength was 13.5 MPa,the elongation at break was 493%,the permanent deformation was 32%,and the Shore A hardness was 63,which was far beyond the requirements of the industry standard HG/T 4625-2014.
