摘 要:以丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基体,N-N亚甲基双丙烯酰(MBA)为硫化剂,通过机械共混法制备了酰胺键交联的SBR混炼胶,并研究了不同用量的MBA对SBR复合材料硫化特性、力学性能的影响,以及在碱性条件下能否解交联,并利用FT-IR、SEM对水解前后的复合材料进行表征。结果表明,在其他添加剂用量不变的情况下,当MBA用量为6份时,酰胺化制备的SBR硫化胶的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度达到5MPa,拉断伸长率为167.55%,Shore A硬度为55。由水解实验发现,橡胶在碱性条件下会发生水解,有一定量的质量损失,力学性能下降。FT-IR与SEM分析表明,该胶料中的酰胺交联键发生了水解,表面变得粗糙。Styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)crosslinked by amide bond was prepared with SBR as the raw material and N-methylenebisacryloyl(MBA)as curing agents by mechanical blending,and the different amount of MBA on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and decrosslinking of amide-crosslinked SBR vulacanization were studied,and the compounds before and after hydrolysis were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that the mechanical properties of SBR prepared by amidation were the best when the MBA content was 6 phr and other additives was unchanged,and the tensile strength could reach 5.0 MPa,the elongation at break was 167.55%,and the Shore A hardness was 55.The hydrolysis experiment showed that the rubber would be hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions,with a certain amount of mass loss,and the mechanical properties of the rubber decreased.FT-IR and SEM showed that the amide crosslinking bond in the rubber was hydrolyzed and the surface became rough.
