摘 要:研究了橡塑合金中PVC用量、橡塑合金/氯醚橡胶并用比、硫化体系、补强体系及增塑体系等对耐低温、耐乙醇汽油橡胶材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着PVC用量的上升,胶料的耐低温性能下降,耐乙醇汽油性能上升;当橡塑合金/氯醚橡胶并用比为80/20时,胶料的耐乙醇汽油性能最好;复合硫化体系胶料的脆性温度最低,体积变化率最小;当N330/N990并用比为30/20时,胶料的低温性能最好;加入TP-95的胶料拥有最好的低温性能和耐乙醇汽油性能。The effects of PVC content in rubber plastic alloy, rubber plastic alloy/epichlorohydrin rubber blending ratio, curing system, reinforcing system and plasticizing system on the properties of low temperature resistant and ethanol gasoline resistant rubber were studied. The results showed that with the increase of PVC content, the low temperature resistance of the compound decreased and the ethanol gasoline resistance increased. When the blending ratio of rubber plastic alloy and epichlorohydrin rubber was 80/20, the ethanol gasoline resistance of the compound was the best.The brittleness temperature and volume change rate of compound with combined vulcanization system were the lowest. When N330/N990 blending ratio was 30/20, the low temperature performance of the compound was the best. The compound with Tp-95 had the best low temperature performance and ethanol gasoline resistance.
