摘　　要：质量是医院院报生存发展的生命线,是医院院报得以存在并发挥作用的根本保证。该文以中国医学科学院肿瘤医院为例,分析PDCA循环方法对肿瘤医院院报编辑工作进行全面质量管理的成效与经验,旨在探索新媒体背景下医院院报转型调整和质量提升的方法和途径。新媒体时代,应顺势而为,主动求变,精准定位,立足媒体融合大前提,不断加强“采、编、管”环节建设和规范化流程管理,优化院报内容质量,促进院报功能拓展,提高其影响力和吸引力。Quality is the lifeline of the survival and development of hospital newspapers,and the fundamental guarantee for the existence and function of hospital newspapers.This article takes the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as an example to analyze the effectiveness and experience of the PDCA cycle method for the overall quality management of the editorial work of the cancer hospital’s hospital report,and aims to explore the transformation methods and approaches of the hospital report in the context of new media for adjustment and quality improvement.In the new media era,we should follow the trend,actively seek changes,accurately position,based on the major premise of media integration,continue to strengthen the construction of"collecting,editing,and management"links and standardize process management,optimize the content quality of the academic report,and promote the expansion of the function of the academic report,improve its influence and appeal.
