精细化管理在医院科研管理工作中的应用思考

摘　　要：医院科研管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,在医院科研管理中的科研项目立项阶段、实施阶段、结课阶段、成果转化阶段、经费管理阶段、人才培养阶段和规章制度管理阶段开展精细化管理,可在一定程度上提高医院科研管理工作的规范化,同时还能利用先进的手段不断改进科研管理过程,促进科研管理效能的进一步提升,在提高医院经济效益方面意义重大。基于此,文章将对医院科研管理工作中精细化管理的应用方法和应用价值进行简要分析,为医院科研管理人员给予一定的借鉴和参考,旨在进一步提高医院科研管理工作的质量和效率。Hospital scientific research management is an important part of hospital management.In the scientific research management of hospitals,scientific research projects are initiated,implemented,completed,transformed,funded,and talented.Carrying out refined management in the training phase and the regulatory management phase can improve the standardization of the hospital's scientific research management to a certain extent.At the same time,it can also use advanced methods to continuously improve the scientific research management process,promote the further improvement of scientific research management efficiency,and improve the hospital economy and benefits are of great significance.Based on this,the article will briefly analyze the application methods and application value of refined management in hospital scientific research management,and provide certain reference and reference for hospital scientific research management personnel,aiming to further improve the quality and efficiency of hospital scientific research management.
