摘  要:复合填料床反硝化滤柱是用腐朽木和沸石作为填料的一种新型反硝化生物滤池。本文分析了不同水力停留时间(HRT)条件下滤柱对TN、NO_(3)^(-)-N的去除效果,重点研究了反硝化系统中各种形态氮的变化情况。研究表明,在HRT为8 h时,装置去除NO_(3)^(-)-N的效果最好,可以达到60%。试验初期,反硝化过程中存在NO_(2)^(-)-N的明显累积,峰值达到2.48 mg/L;NH_(4)^(+)-N增高,最高达到0.914 mg/L。随着微生物菌群的成熟,NO_(2)^(-)-N的累积逐渐减少,NH_(4)^(+)-N的生成也减少。腐朽木和沸石作为反硝化混合填料,可以很好地给反硝化菌种提供碳源和栖息地,可以有效地通过反硝化作用对硝酸盐氮进行去除。The composite packed bed denitrification filter column is a new type of denitrification biological filter that uses rotten wood and zeolite as the filler.This paper analyzes the removal effect of the filter column on TN and NO_(3)^(-)-Nunder different hydraulic retention time (HRT) conditions,and focuses on the changes of various forms of nitrogen in the denitrification system.Studies have shown that when the HRT is 8 h,the NO_(3)^(-)-N removal effect of the device is the best,which can reach 60%.At the beginning of the experiment,there is a significant accumulation of NO2--N during the denitrification process,with a peak value of 2.48 mg/L;NH_(4)^(+)-N increases,reaching a maximum of 0.914 mg/L.As the microbial flora matures,the accumulation of NO_(2)^(-)-N gradually decreases,and the production of NH_(4)^(+)-N also decreases.Decayed wood and zeolite as mixed fillers for denitrification can provide a good carbon source and habitat for denitrifying bacteria,and can effectively remove nitrate nitrogen through denitrification.
