摘  要:针铁矿法是湿法炼锌浸出液除铁的有效方法。该方法具有除铁渣结晶体大、夹带有价金属少、容易过滤等优点,更易于实现工业实践,除铁效果好。本文以含Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)的浸出液为研究对象,开展除铁试验。当浸出液pH介于4.5~5.0,温度为90 ℃,通氧量为10 L/h时,除铁率达到最大值(99.79%),此时的锌损失率为2.56%。The goethite method is an effective method for removing iron from the leaching solution of hydrometallurgical zinc smelting.The method has the advantages of large iron-removing slag crystals,less entrapped valuable metals,easy filtration,etc.,is easier to realize industrial practice,and has a good iron-removing effect.This paper takes Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)-containing leaching solution as the research object to carry out iron removal experiments.When the pH of the leaching solution is between 4.5 and 5.0,the temperature is 90 ℃,and the oxygen flow rate is 10 L/h,the iron removal rate reaches the maximum value (99.79%),and the zinc loss rate at this time is 2.56%.
