锰精矿制备硫酸锰的工艺研究

摘　　要：本文采用硫酸直接浸出工艺,利用磁选锰精矿制备硫酸锰溶液。结果表明,在粒度74 μm占比为78.35%、液固比为5∶1、反应温度为80 ℃、反应时间为6 h、硫酸添加量为480 kg/t的条件下,锰的浸出率为71.56%,铁的浸出率为47.09%。In this paper,the direct leaching process of sulfuric acid is used to prepare manganese sulfate solution by magnetic separation of manganese concentrate.The results show that under the condition that the particle size 74 μm is 78.35%,the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,the reaction time is 6 h,and the sulfuric acid addition amount is 480 kg/t,the leaching rate of manganese is 71.56%,the leaching rate of iron is 47.09%.
