摘 要:脱水减量化对于污泥的运输、处理及处置具有重要意义。絮凝调理可以减少泥浆中的小颗粒,降低过滤介质和泥皮的堵塞。然而,在机械脱水过程中,单一絮凝调理的污泥团粒很容易在压力作用下变形,随着泥皮中的孔隙闭合并消失,过滤效率降低。目前常使用助滤剂来降低泥皮的压缩性,提升污泥的机械脱水效率。助滤剂在高压脱水装置中具有更为显著的作用,当污泥后续需要采用焚烧、堆肥等方式处置时,可以采用碳基材料类助滤剂协助脱水;若后续处置无特殊要求,采用矿物材料类助滤剂则更为经济。本文综述了助滤剂在污泥过滤脱水中的作用,以期为相关工程提供借鉴。Dewatering reduction is of great significance to the transportation,treatment and disposal of sludge.Flocculation conditioning can reduce the small particles in the mud and reduce the clogging of the filter medium and mud skin.However,in the process of mechanical dewatering,the single flocculated and conditioned sludge pellets are easily deformed under pressure,as the pores in the mud skin close and disappear,the filtration efficiency decreases.At present,filter aids are often used to reduce the compressibility of mud skin and improve the efficiency of mechanical dewatering of sludge.Filter aids play a more significant role in high-pressure dehydration devices,when the sludge needs to be disposed of by incineration,composting,etc.,carbon-based filter aids can be used to assist in dehydration;if there are no special requirements for subsequent disposal,it is more economical to use mineral filter aids.This paper reviews the role of filter aids in sludge filtration and dewatering,in order to provide reference for related projects.
