摘　　要：航天保险是对航天活动存在的经济风险进行管理的有效方式。在我国航天产业链对航天保险的需求进一步加大的背景下,构建符合国内航天发展实际的新型航天保险机制,对于保障航天活动平稳、持续开展具有重要意义。鉴于航天活动的高技术、高成本、高价值和高风险的固有特征,航天保险具有其特殊性。结合航天保险的现状及承保流程,对我国航天活动的保险探索与实践中存在的问题进行了分析,并针对性提出发展建议。Space insurance is an effective way to manage the economic risks in space activities.Under the background of the increasing demand for space insurance in China's space industry chain,it is of great significance to build a new space insurance mechanism that is in line with the actual domestic space development,so as to ensure the smooth and sustainable development of space activities.In view of the inherent characteristics of high technology,high cost,high value and high risk of space activities,space insurance has its particularity.Based on the current situation and underwriting process of space insurance,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the exploration and practice of space insurance in China,and puts forward some development suggestions.
