摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,人们开始越来越多追求沟通交流方式的即时性、开放性。传统的一对一电话、传真式的沟通方式,信息传输有阻碍,清晰度、稳定度、开放性都不足以支撑会议交流所需。网络视频在可视化通话、资源共享、即时传递等方面的优势都是支撑其成为会议模式的基础,帮助人们打破了传统交流方式的局限,推动了社会经济的发展。网络视频会议系统是专门为支持网络视频会议研发的信息传输和交换平台,具备更加安全、稳定、高速的特点,充分满足远程教学、远程医疗诊断、异地面试、线上会议、协同办公、互联网法庭等远程服务需求。网络视频会议系统的应用在很大程度上节约了人力成本、时间成本和经济成本,让校园、医院、行政部门、金融企业等能拿出更多的资金用于其他方面的建设,更好地服务于本职工作和人民群众。目前,现有的网络视频会议系统还存在一些提升的空间,比如网页化网络视频会议模式,比如云计算服务架构的应用,这些都是网络视频会议进一步发展,为用户提供更快捷方便服务的关键。从网络视频会议系统入手,分析网络视频会议系统的关键技术,探讨网络视频会议系统的应用和运行质量提升,希望可以为促进我国网络视频会议系统的继续发展提供一些思路。With the continuous development of information technology,people are increasingly pursuing the immediacy and openness of communication methods.The traditional one-to-one telephone and fax communication methods have hindered information transmission,and the clarity,stability,and openness are not enough to support meeting communication needs.The advantages of online video in visual calling,resource sharing,and instant delivery all support this communication method as the foundation of the conference mode,help people break the limitations of traditional communication methods,and promote social and economic development.The network video conference system is an information transmission and exchange platform specially developed to support network video conferences.It has the characteristics of more security,stability and high speed,and fully meets the requirements of remote teaching,remote medical diagnosis,off-site interviews,online meetings,collaborative office,and Internet courts.Wait for remote service needs.The application of the network video conference system saves labor cost,time cost and economic cost to a large extent,so that campuses,hospitals,administrative departments,financial companies,etc.can use more funds for other constructions and provide better services.For their own work and the people.At present,the existing network video conferencing system still has some room for improvement,such as web-based network video conferencing mode,such as the application of cloud computing service architecture.These are the keys to the further development of network video conferencing and provide users with faster and more convenient services..This article starts with the network video conference system,analyzes the key technologies of the network video conference system,discusses the application and operation quality improvement of the network video conference system,and hopes to provide some ideas for the continued development of the network video conference system in our country.
