摘 要:上级医院医生下沉是提升基层医疗服务能力,确保医联体建设成效的重要举措。医联体内各医疗机构隶属关系复杂,管理考核体系和利益分配机制不完善,使得医联体建设中普遍存在上级医院医生下沉难的问题。结合广州市某三甲综合医院医联体建设经验,将城乡医院支援政策应用在医联体建设中,建立人员派驻组织管理、待遇保障、考核监督体系,引导医生下沉,为促进医联体建设发展提供思路。The sinking of doctors in superior hospitals is an important measure to improve the capacity of grassroots medical services and ensure the effectiveness of the construction of medical alliance.However, it is difficult for doctors in superior hospitals to sink in the construction of medical alliance because of the complicated subordinate relationship of medical institutions, the imperfect management assessment system and the benefit distribution mechanism.Based on the experience of the construction of medical alliance in a comprehensive hospital of class A and grade three in Guangzhou, the supporting policies of urban and rural hospitals were applied in the construction of medical alliance, and a system of personnel dispatching, organization management, treatment guarantee, assessment and supervision was established to guide doctors to sink, providing ideas for promoting the construction and development of medical alliance.
