摘　　要：目的探讨职能MDT在提高首页数据质量中的应用效果。方法比较实施首页数据职能MDT管理模式前后病案首页数据质量的差别。结果实施首页数据职能MDT管理后,首页数据质量明显改善,首页信息完整率、准确率、上传率均有提高,其中主要诊断选择正确率、主要操作选择正确率、其他诊断填写准确率、其他编码准确率、医疗费用信息准确率、首页完整率等指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施首页数据职能MDT管理模式有效提高了首页数据质量,在医院等级评审、公立医院绩效考核、DRGs付费等方面均发挥较大的作用,真正实现多部门联动,提高了行政管理效率,提升了医院管理水平,值得推广。Objective:To discuss the application effect of functional MDT model in improving the quality of home page data.Method:The difference of the data quality of the first page of medical records before and after the implementation of MDT management mode was compared.Result:After the implementation of MDT management of home page data function, the quality of home page data has been significantly improved, and the integrity rate, accuracy rate and upload rate of home page information have been improved.There were statistically significant differences in main diagnostic selection accuracy, main operation selection accuracy, other diagnostic filling accuracy, other coding accuracy, medical expense information accuracy, home page integrity rate and other indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of MDT management mode of home page data function effectively improves the quality of home page data, plays a great role in hospital grade evaluation, public hospital performance assessment, DRGs payment and other aspects.It truly realizes the linkage of multiple departments, improves the efficiency of administrative management, and improves the level of hospital management, which is worth promoting.
