实施精益管理减少病区二级库管理浪费的成效和评价

摘　　要：目的通过改善病区二级库管理,提高管理效率,实现零库存和空间优化,降低低值耗材损耗和办公耗材等的支出。方法 2019年3月至2019年7月选取内科、外科、放疗科具有代表性的5个重点病区二级库,采用精益管理下的持续护理质量改进。结果管理效率提高,护士长/物资管理员及护士知性行问卷的知识、态度、行为三个维度的得分均高于改善前(P<0.05),护士使用物品到取用的劳动路径及用时减少;各病区库存量减少,基本实现"零库存";浪费现象改善,可控成本得到有效减少。结论通过精益管理实施下的病区二级库管理质量持续改进,有效减少了二级库管理环节的各种浪费问题,提高了管理成效,降低了可控成本,保障了临床使用安全,提高了患者的住院收费准确。Objective:By improving the management of the secondary warehouse in the ward, the management efficiency can be improved, zero inventory and space optimization can be realized, and the expenditure of low-value consumables and office consumables can also be reduced.Method:From March 2019 to July 2019,five representative secondary warehouses in the departments of internal medicine, surgery and radiotherapy were selected, and the continuous nursing quality improvement under lean management was adopted.Result:The management efficiency was improved, and the scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior in the knowledge questionnaire of head nurse/material manager, and nurse were higher than before(P<0.05);and the labor path and the time taken by the nurses to use goods were reduced.Inventory in each ward decreased, realizing basically the "zero inventory".Waste phenomenon is improved and the controllable cost is effectively reduced.Conclusion:Through the continuous improvement of the management quality of the secondary warehouse in the ward under the implementation of lean management, various waste problems in the management of the secondary warehouse are effectively reduced;management effectiveness is improved;controllable costs are reduced;clinical safety is guaranteed;and the accuracy of hospitalization charges of patients is improved.
