摘  要:为了实现复杂齿轮传动系统结构方案数字化设计,利用系统单元化处理的思路对复杂轮系的结构特征模型进行了研究。首先,分析了复杂轮系的组成特点,提出了一类能够组成复杂轮系的基本结构单元模型;其次,在研究基本结构单元结构特征的基础上,组建了特征向量来描述基本结构单元的结构,建立了单元中基本构件和运动副的结构特征方程,获得了结构特征模型;最后,创建了单元的结构空间,得到了单元结构空间的运算规则。文章建立的复杂轮系结构特征模型与结构空间为复杂轮系的结构方案分析、结构空间设计奠定了必要的理论基础。In order to realize the digital design of complex gear transmission system,the structural characteristic model of complex gear train is studied by using the idea of system unit processing.Firstly,the composition characteristics of complex gear train are analyzed,and a kind of basic structural unit model which can form complex gear train is proposed;Then,on the basis of studying the structural characteristics of the basic structural unit,the eigenvector is set up to describe the structure of the basic structural unit.The structural characteristic equations of the basic components and motion pairs in the element are established,and the structural characteristic model is obtained;Finally,the structure space of the element is established,and the operation rules of the unit structure space are obtained.The structural characteristic model and structure space of complex gear train established in this paper lay a necessary theoretical foundation for the structural scheme analysis and structural space design of complex gear train.
