摘 要:为使连续管防喷盒密封胶筒满足深井、高压气井等工况的密封需求,基于有限元方法建立胶筒密封模型,以胶筒密封面上的有效接触应力作为密封性能的评估指标,研究胶筒的结构、材料和工况等参数对防喷盒胶筒密封性能的影响,明确防喷盒胶筒密封性能的主控因素。结果表明:井筒介质压力、胶筒硬度、胶筒与连续管的间隙和摩擦系数是影响胶筒密封性能的主要因素,且井筒介质压力增大,防喷盒胶筒的密封性能增强,当胶筒硬度为75,85 HA、间隙为1.5 mm、摩擦系数为0.1时,胶筒的密封效果更好。连续管的运动方向对胶筒的密封性能有影响,连续管的运动速度对胶筒的密封性能基本无影响。In order to make the sealing packer of coiled tubing stripper meet the sealing requirements of deep wells,high-pressure gas wells and other working conditions,a packer sealing model was established based on the finite element method.The effective contact stress on the sealing surface of packer was used as the evaluation index of sealing performance,then the influence of parameters on the sealing performance of the packer was studied,such as the structure,material of packer and the working conditions etc,and the main controlling factors for the sealing performance of the packer were clarified.The results showed that the wellbore medium pressure,packer hardness,gap and friction coefficient between the packer and coiled tubing were the main factors affecting the sealing performance of packer.As the wellbore medium pressure increased,the sealing performance of the packer was enhanced.When the packer hardness was 75,85 HA,the gap was 1.5 mm,and the friction coefficient was 0.1,the sealing performance of packer was better.The moving direction of coiled tubing influenced the sealing performance of packer,but the moving speed of coiled tubing had almost no influence on the sealing performance of packer.
