摘  要:客户的需求与日俱增,现有高温视频成像技术、红外测温技术、图像处理技术等功能应用独立性强,不能相互结合,导致客户必须分别安装使用,各成系统。本文阐述了高温成像比色计测温装置的研发及发展趋势,即成系统的解决技术、功能分散问题,对不断提高高温工业电视的市场应用率产生重大的意义。高温成像比色计测温装置,因高温成像比色计测温装置的深入发展,由于其测温准确、非接触式测温等优点也得到了很大发展。该装置利用目标与环境之间由于温度辐射和发射率的差异所产生的热对比度不同,把红外辐射能量密度的分布探测并显示出来,然后根据己获取的灰度图像的某处的灰度值,显示出该处对应的温度(或平均温度)的一种非接触式测温装置。The demand of customers is increasing day by day.The existing high-temperature video imaging technology,infrared temperature measurement technology,image processing technology and other functions have strong independence and can not be combined with each other,so customers must install and use them separately and form systems.This paper describes the R&D and development trend of temperature measuring device of high temperature imaging colorimeter,that is,to solve the problems of technology and function dispersion systematically,which is of great significance to continuously improve the market application rate of high temperature industrial TV.The temperature measuring device of high temperature imaging colorimeter has developed rapidly because of its incomparable advantages in concealment,anti-interference and detection accuracy.With the in-depth development of temperature measuring device of high temperature imaging colorimeter,it has also been greatly developed because of its accurate temperature measurement and non-contact temperature measurement.The device uses the difference of thermal contrast between the target and the environment due to the difference of temperature radiation and emissivity to detect and display the distribution of infrared radiation energy density,and then displays the corresponding temperature(or average temperature)according to the gray value somewhere in the obtained gray image.
