浅谈高温成像比色计测温装置的运用

摘　　要：本文阐述了高温成像比色计测温装置对于水泥窑炉、冶金加热炉、玻璃池炉、铝业回转窑等有高温窑炉生产作业的企业,增强了高温工业电视与生产工艺的紧密结合,不断提高高温工业电视的市场应用率。高温窑炉的安全、经济运行,对企业、对环境、对人身安全都有着十分重要的作用。高温成像比色计测温装置的运用可为生产过程提供必要的实时数据和控制参量,进而对生产的安全、经济运行起到重要的作用,也必将对节能和高效生产产生积极的影响。This paper describes the high temperature imaging colorimeter temperature measuring device for cement furnace,metallurgical heating furnace,glass tank furnace,aluminum rotary kiln and other enterprises with high temperature furnace production operation,which enhances the close combination of high temperature industrial television and production technology,and constantly improves the market application rate of high temperature industrial television.The safe and economic operation of high temperature kiln plays a very important role in enterprise,environment and personal safety.The application of high temperature imaging colorimeter temperature measuring device can provide necessary real-time data and control parameters for the production process,which plays an important role in the safe and economic operation of production,and will also have a positive impact on energy saving and efficient production.
