摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,新的技术与应用不断更新,办公系统的不断升级换代,出现办公OA系统与档案系统数据无法同步,成为独立的"信息孤岛"。为实现办公OA与档案管理系统综合管理数据无缝衔接,可以提高档案管理效率与整体管理质量水平。基于此,本文将从阐明实现办公OA与档案管理系统数据对接的重要性,重点针对办公OA与档案管理系统数据进行无缝衔接的实现过程进行分析研究,实现办公OA自动归档。With the development of information technology,new technologies and applications are constantly being updated,and office systems are constantly being upgraded.The office OA system and file system data cannot be synchronized,becoming an independent"information island".In order to realize the seamless connection of office OA and the integrated management data of the file management system,the efficiency of file management and the overall management quality level can be improved.Based on this,this article will clarify the importance of realizing the data connection between office OA and file management system,focusing on the analysis and research on the realization process of seamless connection between office OA and file management system data,and realize the automatic filing of office OA.
