摘 要:通过总结数据资源目录的发展,数据目录为数据资源的管理、共享与交换提供了有力的技术支撑。黄河数据资源共享与交换的瓶颈,已严重阻碍了黄委信息化的快速发展。通过采用数据目录元数据,对数据资源按不同类别进行元数据描述,采用目录控制、元数据技术,建立黄委数据目录体系,为不同用户提供高效快捷的数据查询、下载等服务,为推进黄委数据资源整合共享与交换提供支撑。文中设计了系统总体技术框架,并详细阐述了部分关键技术。Data resources directory service has gotten quite a few results in recent years by analyzing the development process of data resources directory service system,it provides strong sustain to current data management,find,data sharing and exchange.However,with the rapid development of data collection methods and digital Yellow River Project,the problems encountered by Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission become increasingly prominent,such as resource sharing and exchange of Yellow River data,etc,which restrain the further development of information construction of Yellow River.By building data resources directory service system,the data resources are described in category with uniform standards.By using directory technology,metadata technology and network environment to offer the sustainment,the public are provided high-performances services in data searching and positioning which accelerate the sharing and integration of data resources of Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission.The paper expatiates the building objectives and main content,we design the whole system technical architecture,and describe in detail the key technologies are analyzed.
