摘　　要：本试验选取3000只1日龄商品代AA肉仔鸡,在饲料中添加饲料酵母,研究其对提高肉仔鸡增重和免疫力的影响。试验分为4组,即试验1、2、3组和对照组。对照组为1500只,试验组每组500只,其中每个试验组又设5个重复。饲料酵母添加量为:试验1组4%,试验2组5%,试验3组6%,试验期为42天;对照组按常规饲养,自由饮水、采食。试验中对各组鸡新城疫抗体滴度、淋巴细胞比例、白细胞吞噬指数、肠道微生物菌落变化以及鸡的增重、成活率、料肉比等指标进行了检测。In this experiment,30001-day-old commercial AA broilers were selected,and feed yeast was added to the feed to study its effect on improving the weight gain and immunity of broilers.The experiment was divided into 4 groups,namely Experiment 1,2,3 and control group.There were 1500 rats in the control group and 500 rats in each group in the test group,and each group was set with 5 repetitions.The amount of feed yeast was:4%in the first group,5%in the second group,6%in the third group,42 days in the experiment period;the control group was fed according to the routine way,drinking water and eating freely.In the experiment,the antibody titer,lymphocyte proportion,phagocytic index of leukocytes,changes of intestinal microflora,weight gain,survival rate and feed to meat ratio of each group were detected.
