肉鸡料连续添加包膜半胱胺对黑5肉鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：试验选取来源相近的1日龄黑5肉鸡540羽,平均分成2组(对照组试验组),每组3个重复,每个重复90羽,试验周期63天。对照组全程饲喂无抗基础日粮,试验组肉鸡1-42日龄阶段时在基础日粮中添加200mg/kg包膜半胱胺,且减少油脂用量2kg/t;43-63日龄在基础日粮中添加300mg/kg包膜半胱胺,且减少油脂用量2.5kg/t。结果显示:在整个饲喂,试验组的料重比降低了0.07,单位增重成本降低0.18元。分阶段来看,43-63日龄时添加包膜半胱胺减豆油效果显著。540 feather Wuhei broilers(one-day-old)from closely related species were selected for this trial.They were divided into two groups,including control group and trial group,each group had three replicates,each replicate had 90 broilers,the whole test period was 63 days.Control group was fed with basic ration(without antibiotics),1-42-day-old broilers in trial group were fed with 200mg/kg coated cysteamine based on basic ration and the usage of oil is decreased by 2kg/t;43-63-day-old broilers in trial group were fed with 300mg/kg coated cysteamine based on basic ration and the usage of oil is decreased by 2.5kg/t;the results showed that F/G in trial group was decreased by 0.07,cost to gain ratio decreased by 0.18RMB/kg during the whole feeding period for 1-63-day-old broilers.For different period,the effects of coated cysteamine and reduced usage of soybean oil added in 43-63-day-old broilers’rations are significant.
