摘  要:采用超声辅助双水相系统进行槐米总黄酮的提取,以萃取率为指标,考察了聚乙二醇1000(polyethylene glycol 1000,PEG1000)质量分数、料液比、浸提温度和硫酸铵质量分数对总黄酮提取的影响。通过正交试验得出最佳提取工艺参数为聚乙二醇1000质量分数28%,硫酸铵质量分数10%,料液比1∶60(g/mL),浸提温度40℃。在此工艺条件下进行3次平行试验,总黄酮的萃取率为95.91%,得率为20.53 mg/g。该提取方法工艺稳定,结果重现性好。In the study,the extraction process of flavonoids from Sophora japonica L.was investigated using an ultrasound-assisted aqueous two-phase system.The effects of the polyethylene glycol 1000(PEG1000)concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and ammonium sulfate concentration on the extraction ratio have been investigated by an orthogonal experimental method.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were a PEG 1000 and ammonium sulfate concentration of 28%and 10%,respectively,a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶60(g/mL),extraction temperature 40℃.Three parallel tests were carried out under these conditions.The extraction rate was 95.91%and the yield was 20.53 mg/g.The process was stable and the results were reproducible.
