炼油化工污水处理场VOC_(s)恶臭气体处理现状及对策探讨

摘　　要：简单回顾国家对大气污染治理的法律法规、标准规范的制定和发布,以及石油化工行业大气污染的治理背景和历程;描述、分析污水处理场高、低浓度VOCs恶臭气体来源、组分、比例和混合气体浓度,以及生化处理结合充分预处理的VOCs恶臭气体处理工艺对污水处理场VOCs恶臭气体混合气体的适应性;对现行污水处理场以生物处理为主的VOCs恶臭气体处理工艺在设计思路、设计参数及设备选项等多方面存在的问题及不合理之处提出对策。This paper briefly reviews the formulation and release of national laws and regulations, standards and specifications for air pollution control as well as the background and process of air pollution control in petrochemical industry. It describes and analyzes the sources,components, proportion and mixed gas concentration of high and low concentration VOCs odor gas in sewage farm. The paper also analyzes the adaptability of VOCs odor gas treatment process of biochemical treatment combined with full pretreatment to VOCs odor gas mixture in sewage farm. It puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems and irrationalities in the design ideas, design parameters and equipment options of the VOCs odor gas treatment process based on biological treatment in the current sewage farm.
