温阳化浊通络方治疗系统性硬化病的研究进展

摘　　要：本课题组创造性地提出“肺脾肾-皮毛”相关理论来阐释系统性硬化病的发病机制,并根据此理论研制了温阳化浊通络方治疗系统性硬化病,取得了良好的治疗效果。在此基础上,我们通过一系列研究阐释了温阳化浊通络方治疗系统性硬化病的作用机制。本文从理论基础、临床研究、药效物质基础研究、作用机制研究等方面对温阳化浊通络方治疗系统性硬化病的研究进展作详细总结。Our team creatively proposed the"lung,spleen,kidney-skin"correlation theory to explain the pathogenesis of SSc,and developed Wenyang Huazhuo Tongluo Formula to treat SSc based on this theory,which achieved good therapeutic effect.Furthermore,we explained the mechanism of Wenyang Huazhuo Tongluo Formula in treating SSc through a series of studies.This article summarizes the research progress of Wenyang Huazhuo Tongluo Formula in the treatment of SSc from the aspect of theoretical basis,clinical research,pharmacodynamic material basis research,and molecular mechanism.
