樟树优良种源苗期选择初报

摘　　要：为开展樟树材用林优良种源和家系筛选研究,课题组从福建、湖南、四川、浙江、江西、云南、广西、广东等8个省份收集了24个不同种源的樟树种子,对不同种源樟树苗木苗期性状进行测定;通过种源苗期综合评价,初步筛选出优良种源。研究结果表明:24个种源的樟树种子千粒重在83.98~130.53 g之间,种子发芽率在69.33%~94.67%之间,苗木光合速率在8.34~17.67μmol·m-2·s-1之间;不同种源苗木苗高在52.92~70.07 cm之间,以浙江庆元种源苗高最大;不同种源苗木地径在0.53~0.93 cm之间,以福建政和种源地径最大;不同种源苗木总生物量在14.20~29.01 g之间,以浙江庆元种源总生物量最大。苗木品质指数排名前五的种源依次为福建政和、浙江庆元、湖南凤凰、四川泸县和广东始兴种源;综合评价值排名前五的种源依次为浙江庆元、四川泸县、湖南凤凰、福建政和和广东始兴种源。Twenty-four Cinnamomum camphora seeds from eight provinces(including Fujian,Hunan,Sichuan,Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Yunnan,Guangxi,and Guangdong)were collected to select superior provenances and families of Cinnamomum camphora for timber forest.The superior provenances were preliminarily selected through comprehensive evaluation of provenances.The results showed that the thousand seed weight of 24 provenances were ranged from 83.98 to 130.53 g,the germination rate were ranged from 69.33%to 94.67%,and the photosynthetic rate were ranged from 8.34 to 17.67μmol·m-2·s-1.The height of seedlings from different provenances ranged from 52.92 to 70.07 cm,and the seedling height of provenances in Qingyuan,Zhejiang was the highest.The ground diameter of seedlings from different provenances ranged from 0.53 cm to 0.93 cm,in which the ground diameter of Zhenghe provenance in Fujian was the highest.The total biomass of seedlings ranged from 14.20g to 29.01g,and Lishui provenance had the highest biomass.The top five provenances of seedling quality index were Fujian Nanping,Zhejiang Lishui,Hunan Fenghuang,Sichuan Huxian,and Guangdong Shixing,while the top five provenances of comprehensive evaluation value were Zhejiang Lishui,Sichuan Huxian,Hunan Fenghuang,Fujian Nanping,and Guangdong Shixing.
