摘  要:对20个从江西中国林业科学研究院亚热带林业实验中心引种到湖南岳阳的杉木家系以及1个岳阳本土1年生杉木普通造林用苗进行树高、地径及保存率等3个指标的测量和分析。结果表明:参试的21个杉木家系早期适应性较强,平均保存率达90%以上,且不同家系的保存率达显著性差异;树高和地径在家系间均存在显著差异,13个家系的树高均值大于总体均值,占比61.90%,10个家系的地径均值超过总体均值,占比47.62%;树高和地径的家系遗传力分别为84.12%、69.35%,单株遗传力分别为72.79%、42.72%,树高受遗传控制程度高。经分析比较,初步选出2个优良家系J60、J56,树高遗传增益分别为25.74%、18.31%,地径遗传增益分别为18.57%、11.17%,可为后续育种研究提供优良种质材料。Twenty Cunninghamia lanceolata families were introduced from the Experimental Center of Subtropical Forestry at Chinese Academy of Forestry(Jiangxi Province)to Yueyang(Hunan Province).One local C.lanceolata common afforestation seedling was analyzed for three indicators,including the tree height,ground diameter,and preservation rate.Results showed that the 21 C.lanceolata families had strong early adaptability with an average preservation rate of more than 90%,and the preservation rate of various families was significantly different from each other.Both the tree height and the ground diameter were significantly different among various families.A total of 13 families showed greater tree height than the overall average,which accounted for 61.90%of families,and 10 families(accounting for 47.62%of families)exceeding the overall average of ground diameter.The heritability of tree height and ground diameter was 84.12%and 69.35%,and the heritability of individual plant waS72.79%and 42.72%,respectively,indicating that different families and plants were highly heritable.Two superior families(J60 and J56)were selected in this study.For them,the genetic gains of tree height were 25.74%and 18.31%,while the genetic gains of ground diameter were 18.57%and 11.17%,respectively.These two families could provide a foundation for further breeding of improved cultivar.
