摘  要:从"走出去"到国际传播能力建设,我国出版国际化研究正在进一步丰富和发展。当前,出版国际传播能力建设研究在"内涵和意义、建设内容、实施策略、制约因素"等方面取得一定研究成果的同时,也存在诸如研究主题单一、范式雷同,理论与实践脱节等问题。从出版"走出去"到"出版国际传播能力建设"既有研究背景的变化也有研究范式的转换。因此,出版国际传播能力建设研究,要从国际传播能力建设的一般性出发,将国际传播能力建设的一般性和出版传播、出版行业的特殊性相结合,真正从出版传播、出版行业的特殊性出发建构出版国际传播能力建设理论、深化出版国际传播能力建设的内涵、加强出版国际传播能力建设理论研究与实践研究的关联互促。From the "go global" strategy to the building of international communication capacity, the publishing internationaliztion research in China has been further enriched and developed. At present, while the research of building publishing capacity for international communication has obtained certain achievements in its connotation and significance, contents of construction, implementation strategy and restricting factors, such problems can still be seen as the mono-research topics, similar paradigms, and disconnection between the theory and the practice. From the publishing "go global" strategy to the building of publishing capability for international communication, this situation not only involves the changes of research background, but also the transformation of research paradigm. Therefore, the research on the building of publishing capacity for international communication should initiate from its general connotation, and the generality of international communication capacity building should be combined with the particularity of publishing communication and publishing industry. From the particularity of publishing communication and publishing industry, we should construct the theory of publishing capacity for international communication, deepen its connotation, and strengthen the connection and mutual promotion between theoretical and practical research on it.
