国内版外文图书在版编目的正题名著录问题及对策

摘　　要：国内版外文图书的在版编目数据,以中文翻译书名作为正题名著录,并不符合相关国家标准的规定,这与相关国家标准的局限有关,也与图书在版编目数据著录的非常规性操作有关,结果就是各种书目资源的不统一,改进措施是构建有图书在版编目数据作为预编目数据源,实时供应数据,有修正反馈的书目数据供应链体系,促进图书在版编目著录的改进,达成书目数据共建共享。The CIP data of domestic edition of foreign language books usually takes Chinese translated title as title proper in descrition,which does not meet the requirements of relevant standards.This is related to the limitation of national standards and the non-routine operation of the data description in catalog.It leads to inconsistenc of bibliographic resouces,and it needs to establish CIP data as a pre-catalog data source providing data in real time.A bibliographic data supply chain system with revised feedback shoule be built to promote the improvement of CIP data description,so as to achieve bibliographic data co-building and sharing.
