摘  要:高温超导线圈的交流损耗直接关系到超导电力装置的效率及运行成本,一直是超导技术的研究热点。高温超导线圈磁化损耗的研究主要集中在mT级别磁场强度,较强外加磁场的磁化损耗对线圈参数的依赖规律有待明确。在超导带材使用总量相同的条件下,利用有限元仿真软件分别搭建单根单饼、双根单饼及双根双饼三种超导线圈模型,通过改变外加磁场频率及强度,研究带材堆叠及饼状线圈两种特性,探寻适用于不同工况下损耗最低的超导线圈结构。经过仿真分析,在工频50 Hz、高磁场下,双根双饼结构线圈磁化损耗最低;其他任意工况及磁场条件下,双根单饼结构线圈磁化损耗最低。The AC loss of HTS coil is directly related to the efficiency and operation cost of superconducting power plant,and has been a hot research topic in superconductor technology.The research on magnetic loss of HTS coil is mainly focused on the magnetic field intensity at mT level,and the dependence of magnetization loss on coil parameters by strong external magnetic field needs to be clarified.Under the condition of the same total amount of superconducting tape used,three kinds of superconducting coil models,namely single pancake coil with single tape winding,single pancake coil with double tapes winding and double-pancake coil with double tapes winding,were built by using the finite element simulation software.By changing the frequency and intensity of the external magnetic field,the characteristics of tape stacking and cake coil were studied,and the superconducting coil structure with the lowest loss under different working conditions was explored.The simulation results show that the magnetization loss of the double-pancake coil with double tapes winding coil is the lowest under 50 Hz power frequency and high magnetic field.Under any other working conditions and magnetic field conditions,the magnetization loss of single pancake coil with double tapes winding coil is the lowest.
