摘 要:为了提高蜂窝固体除湿器的除湿效率,降低蜂窝固体除湿器再生能耗,本文提出了金属有机框架材料(MOF)型固体除湿器,并搭建了MOF型固体除湿器实验台,测试了除湿器除湿和再生性能。实验表明:MOF型固体除湿器存在8 min的最佳操作周期;处理空气含湿量从50%增加到90%时,单位质量除湿剂的除湿量由1.4 kg/(kg·h)迅速增至4.9 kg/(kg·h);处理空气温度从20℃增加到40℃时,单位质量除湿剂的除湿量由3.42 kg/(kg·h)增加至7.48 kg/(kg·h)。再生温度从50℃增加到90℃时,除湿器的除湿量由2.8 kg/(kg·h)增加至4.0 kg/(kg·h),除湿性能系数从0.88降低至0.67。当操作周期为8 min、处理风速为2 m/s、再生风速为2 m/s且再生温度为70℃时,除湿器具有最佳的综合除湿再生性能。In order to both improve the dehumidification efficiency and reduce the regenerative energy consumption of honeycomb solid dehumidifier,a metal organic frame material(MOF)type solid dehumidifier was proposed in this paper,and an experimental platform of MOF type solid dehumidifier was built to test the dehumidifier's dehumidification and regenerative performance.The experimental results show that the optimal operating period of MOF solid dehumidifier is 8 min.When the moisture content of air increases from 50%to 90%,the dehumidification capacity per unit mass rapidly increases from 1.4 kg/(kg·h)to 4.9 kg/(kg·h).When the air temperature increases from 20℃to 40℃,the dehumidification capacity per unit mass of the dehumidifier rises from 3.42 kg/(kg·h)to 7.48 kg/(kg·h).When the regeneration temperature increases from 50℃to 90℃,the dehumidification capacity of the dehumidifier increases from 2.8 kg/(kg·h)to 4.0 kg/(kg·h),and the dehumidification performance coefficient decreases from 0.88 to 0.67.When the operating period is 8 min,the treatment wind speed is 2 m/s,the regeneration wind speed is 2 m/s,and the regeneration temperature is 70℃,the dehumidifier has the best comprehensive dehumidification and regeneration performances.
