摘 要:针对微通道蒸发器的流量分配不匀问题,实验采用R134a制冷剂,流量分别设置为30 kg/h,35 kg/h,40 kg/h,45 kg/h,50 kg/h五组对照,研究不同入口流量双流程微通道蒸发器的流量分配情况、换热量和传热系数的变化规律。结果表明:随着制冷剂流量的增加,蒸发器过热度下降了8.8℃,换热量上升62.29%,总传热系数增大30.68%,换热性能得到明显改善;入口流量的增加也明显改善流量分配不均性,不均匀度最多降低20%。For the exploration of the flow distribution uneven in two-pass micro-channel evaporator,R134a refrigerant was used in the experiment and the flow rate varied in the condition of 30 kg/h,35 kg/h,40 kg/h,45 kg/h,50 kg/h.The flow distribution,heat transfer and heat transfer coefficient of two-pass micro-channel evaporator were tested and compared in different inlet flow rates.The results show that with the increase of refrigerant flow rate the super-heat degree of evaporator decreases by 8.8℃,the heat transfer increases by 62.29%,and the total heat transfer coefficient increases by 30.68%.Therefore the heat transfer performance is apparently improved.The evenness of flow distribution is also significantly improved by the increase of inlet flow rate and the non-uniformity reduce is up to 20%.
