高炉高比例兰炭喷吹条件下提高煤比实践

摘　　要：山钢股份莱芜分公司4#高炉2020年在烧结矿质量提升,原燃料条件好转情况下,通过对喷吹系统进行改造,优化高炉操作参数,加强炉前渣铁排放等措施,提煤比,降焦比,在兰炭高比例喷吹情况下,将高炉煤比稳步提升至195~200 kg/t。In 2020,under the condition of improving the quality of sinter and the condition of raw material and fuel,through reforming the injection system,optimizing the operation parameters of the blast furnace,strengthening the discharge of slag and iron in front of the furnace,raising the coal ratio and reducing the coke ratio,under the condition of high proportion of blue carbon injection,the coal ratio of blast furnace is steadily increased to 195-200 kg/t in 4#blast furnace of Laiwu branch of Shan Steel Co.,Ltd.
