摘 要:为提高成品球团矿中SiO2含量、改善冶金性能,同时降低生产成本,京唐球团组织一系列工业试验推进钙基膨润土配加工业生产实践。通过调整原料配比,探究相同目标成分下,不同钙基膨润土配比对造球及冶金物理化学性能的影响及成本情况。从实际效果看,钙基膨润土的配加,有利于改善低硅球团还原膨胀性能,在保证球团矿质量的同时,有利于低硅球团工业化生产成本的降低。In order to improve SiO_(2) content in pellets,improve metallurgical properties and reduce production costs,a series of industrial tests to promote the production practice of calcium bentonite is organized in Jingtang pellets.By adjusting the ratio of raw materials,the influence and cost of different ratio of calcium bentonite on pelletizing and metallurgical physical and chemical properties under the same target composition were explored.From the practical effect,the addition of calcium bentonite is beneficial to improve the reduction expansion performance of low silicon pellets,and to reduce the cost of industrial production of low silicon pellets while ensuring the quality of pellets.
