钒氮合金成型工艺优化

摘　　要：济钢鲍德炉料有限公司采用五氧化二钒为原料,鳞片石墨为还原剂,硅酸钠为黏结剂生产钒氮合金。针对配碳比、成型压力、压球速率对压球效果和最终产品成分的影响进行试验。试验结果表明,根据原料成分选用不同的配碳比,干混料时间为2 h,湿混料时间为2.5 h;第1台压球机压力为10 MPa、电机频率为22 Hz,第2台压球机压力为13 MPa、电机频率为16 Hz时,成球率达到93.26%,得到的最终产品为VN16合金,合格率达到100%。Bode Furnace Charge Co.,Ltd.of jigang uses vanadium pentoxide as raw material,flake graphite as reductant and sodium silicate as binder to produce V-N alloy.The effects of carbon ratio,forming pressure and ball-pressing rate on ball-pressing effect and final product composition were studied.The experimental results show that the dry mixing time is 2 h,the wet mixing time is 2.5 h,the pressure of the first ball pressing machine is 10 MPa,the frequency of motor is 22 Hz,the pressure of the second ball pressing machine is 13 MPa.when the frequency of motor is 16 Hz,the balling rate reaches 93.26%,the final product is VN16 Alloy,the 100%qualified rate was reached.
