摘  要:通过模拟煅烧镁质料回转窑使用温度及环境利用静态坩埚抗渣性试验方法,研究镁质料对耐材的侵蚀情况。通过对80%高铝砖的理化性能及抗镁质料侵蚀分析,确认煅烧镁质回转窑用耐火材料的主要性能。优化选择4种铝硅系耐火材料进行对比分析,综合考虑使用性能及性价比,最终选择抗侵蚀性能良好、性价比优良的特种高铝砖进行优化开发并生产交付。至2021年5月客户已经正常使用900 d,对使用后的砖进行微观分析,镁质料对其没有出现任何的渗透反应,使用寿命预计可达到5 a以上,筒体表皮温度降低60℃左右,实现节能降耗,满足客户需求。In this paper,the erosion of magnesia to refractories was studied by the determination of slag resistance with static crucible in the wag of simulating the temperature and environment of calcined magnesium material rotary kiln。Through the erosion analysis of 80%high alumina brick,the refractory performance of calcined magnesia rotary kiln was verified.Four kinds of Al-Si refractories are selected for comparative analysis of magnesium material corrosion resistance experiments.Considering the service performance and cost performance,the special high alumina brick with better corrosion resistance and excellent cost performance is finally selected for optimal development,production and delivery.By May 2021,the special high alumina brick has been used for 900 days.According to the microscopic analysis of the used brick,the magnesium material has no penetration reaction to the special high alumina brick,and the service life is expected to reach more than five years,the surface temperature of the kiln is reduced by 60℃,energy saving and consumption reduction are realized and the customer needs is met.
