摘　　要：目前,电能替代战略已上升至国家层面,电力公司以点带面,积极落实,通过梳理对比分析农业烘干领域的电能替代技术,提出电能替代农业烘干领域的潜力挖掘模式与实施路径。以某县食用菌行业为例,调研获取用能单位的用能现状,采用所建模型分析电能替代潜力,针对潜力替代环节进行技术经济性对比分析,获取电能替代实际可替代环节,适用替代技术,获取实际可行潜力,为企业合理用能和实施电能替代项目提供指导性意见和政策建议。At present,the strategy of electric energy substitution has risen to the national level,and the electric power companies are actively implementing it.The electric energy substitution technologies in the agricultural drying field is analyzed and compared,and puts forward the potential mining mode and implementation path of electric energy substitution in agricultural drying field.Taking the edible fungus industry in a county as an example,the energy consumption status of energy consuming units is investigated and obtained,the potential of electric energy substitution is andyzed by using the established model,and carries out the technical and economic comparative analysis for the potential substitution link,obtains the actual feasible potential by obtaining the electric energy substitution link,applies the alternative technology,and obtains the practical feasible potential,so as to provide the guiding opinions and policies for the enterprise to reasonably use energy and implement the electric energy substitution project suggestions.
