摘　　要：使用匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、流调中心用抑郁量表、自尊量表和自杀意念量表对1040名大学生进行考察,以探讨抑郁和自尊在睡眠质量和自杀意念之间的作用。研究发现:抑郁在睡眠质量和自杀意念之间起到完全中介作用,而该中介模型的前半段受到自尊的缓冲作用,相比高自尊个体,睡眠质量对抑郁的作用在低自尊个体中更大;除有调节的中介作用外,睡眠质量通过首先作用于自尊,再作用于抑郁这一链式中介模型作用于自杀意念。结果表明自尊在睡眠质量、抑郁作用于自杀意念的这一中介模型起着保护性以及中介机制的作用。This study explored how sleep quality influenced suicide ideation,and the effect of depression and self-esteem.A total of 1040 undergraduate students were recruited randomly for this study.Pittsburgh sleep quality index,Chinese version of center of epidemiological studies depression scale,Rosenberg self-esteem scale and suicide scale were adopted to measure sleep quality,depression,self-esteem,and suicide ideation.Results showed that corrections between sleep quality,depression,self-esteem and suicide ideation were all statistically significant.Depression totally mediated the relationship between sleep quality and suicide ideation,suicidal desire,suicidal plan,suicidal motivation.Results also showed that the interaction between sleep quality and self-esteem negatively predicted depression,and simple slope test indicated that as the level of self-esteem increased the predictive effect of sleep quality on depression decreased,that was,and self-esteem played moderating role in mediating model.Results indicated that sleep influenced suicide ideation through self-esteem and depression channel multiple mediation model.So we concluded that self-esteem moderated the mediating model of depression on sleep quality and suicide ideation;Sleep quality influenced suicide ideation with multiple mediators in chain of self-esteem and depression.
