摘　　要：【目的】分析改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程在提升消毒合格率及控制医院感染率中的作用。【方法】选取我院消化内镜清洗室2019年11月6日至2019年12月25日共清洗的68例消化内镜采样条目为研究对象,根据不同消毒流程分为研究组(n=33,改进后清洗消毒流程)、对照组(n=34,常规清洗消毒流程)。观察两组消化内镜消毒合格率、医院感染率情况。【结果】研究组活检孔道检测合格率(100.00%)与对照组(91.43%)差异不显著(P>0.05),研究组弯曲部、镜身检测合格率(96.97%、100.00%)高于对照组(77.14%、80.00%)(P<0.05);研究组医院感染率(1.52%)低于对照组(12.86%)(P<0.05)。【结论】改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程可显著提升消毒合格率,降低院内感染率。【Objective】To analyze the effect of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection process optimization in improving the qualification rate of disinfection and controlling the hospital infection rate.【Methods】A total of 68 digestive endoscope samples were collected as study objects from digestive endoscope cleaning room of the hospital between November 6 and December 25,2019.According to disinfection procedures,the objects were divided into study group(n=33,cleaning and disinfection process after optimization)and control group(n=34,conventional cleaning and disinfection process).The qualification rates of disinfection and nosocomial infection rates in the two groups were observed.【Results】There was no significant difference between the study group(100.00%)and the control group(91.43%)(P>0.05).The qualification rates of bending section and endoscope body in study group(96.97%,100.00%)were higher than those in the control group(77.14%,80.00%)(P<0.05).The nosocomial infection rate in study group(1.52%)was lower than that in the control group(12.86%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection process optimization can significantly increase the qualification rate of disinfection and reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
